The Singer 24-inch Precision Measuring Ruler allows you to achieve symmetrical measurements from a central starting point, enhancing accuracy on your sewing and craft projects.  It is scaled to both inches and centimeters, and is transparent.  There are holes at 1/8-inch intervals, ensuring accuracy for such things as buttonholes.  The ruler folds from 24 inches to just over 12.5 inches for compact storage.  The ruler has angle settings at 15-degree increments.
